Join the team

TIMM is organised by volunteers and by TIMM leads. All of them share the values of the Chemin des Cimes association, which runs the tournament.

TIMM is an activist tournament. We ask everyone who joins the team to embrace the association's values, whatever their role.

    We stand for humility in victory and dignity in defeat.

  • Fulfilment before performance

    We put personal fulfilment and collective emancipation before performance.

    We see cultural sharing as a social bond and a source of open-mindedness.

    We act with tolerance and we reject every form of discrimination.

  • Fighting LGBTphobia

    We fight LGBTphobia through sporting, cultural, friendly and activist practice.

The association expects everyone to take an active part in building the tournament.

Volunteer or TIMM lead

Open to everyone

Volunteer

You give time during the preparation or over the tournament weekend: welcoming the teams, logistics between venues, setting up and running the UL-TIMM Party.

  • You share the values of Chemin des Cimes.
  • You do not need to be a member of the association.
  • You choose your tasks and the time you give.

Association member

TIMM lead

You run one sport from end to end: the format of the events, the registrations and how the day unfolds. The organising team supports you at every step.

  • You share the values of Chemin des Cimes.
  • You are a member of the Chemin des Cimes association.
  • You take part in at least one of the association's sports activities related to the practice.
