Scope

This legal notice applies to the websites timm-montpellier.fr and 2025.timm-montpellier.fr.

Quentin Frémeaux designs, develops and administers the site on a voluntary basis, as technical administrator of Chemin des Cimes.

The “Design Horizon” mention in the footer is a production credit. The company Design Horizon does not publish the site and is not responsible for its content or hosting.

Access to the site

The site is free to access and normally available at all times.

Chemin des Cimes may suspend or change the site, for example during an update.

The association cannot be held liable for the consequences of the site being unavailable.

Personal data

Chemin des Cimes is the controller for any personal data processed by the site.

The site has no form, no account and no audience measurement. It sets no cookies.

The host records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the service secure.

When you write to the association, Chemin des Cimes uses your address and your message only to reply to you.

Links to Facebook, Instagram and the Chemin des Cimes website lead to services with their own terms.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 give you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data.
